Safe, Fun & Inclusive
We strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for youth and high school rugby in Washington State, fostering both skill development and personal growth. Our decisions prioritize fairness, reason, and consistency, aiming to enhance the sport and benefit players.
Shared Goals
We strive to set and practice shared goals for our members to achieve success both individually and within the community for the improvement of the game.
Mediating
We seek to fairly settle disagreements between members or member groups according to the procedures and principles set out by Rugby Washington, USA Rugby, World Rugby, and the core values of the sport.
Our Goals
Boost
Rugby's growth in Washington State by increasing youth participation, coaches, administrators, referees, and supporters annually.
Develop
Rugby in Washington from interpersonal skills to sport-specific knowledge to support of our communities through the values of rugby.
Provide
Opportunities for all members with equity and equality at the forefront in order to help members reach their goals in sport or in life.

In partnership with the friends and family of the late Jeff Hunter, Rugby Washington has established a college scholarship fund to commemorate Jeff's passion, generosity, and commitment to his rugby teams, friends, and family.
